Block Them
First step: find their name on the user list for the chat, right-click, and select “Block”.
Report Them
Submit a support ticket to Riot with the spam-bot’s user name.
Post Here
I’ve set up a GD thread requesting some Riot action on the spam-bot problem. Please consider posting your two cents to help encourage them to act.
