Survey on scoring rules

I’ve updated the Factions Match Submission page with a draft of the new scoring rules. Hooray!

I’ve also created a survey about those rules. You’re all encouraged to vote. I will randomly select two voters for a scoring-related lore cameo. There is also, of course, a discussion thread on the forum.
