Summoners
Any Summoner may fight for any faction involved. Oaths taken in the course of the Nyroth dispute have no application in this separate dispute.
Champions
(Alternate “Nobody Will Mock These Rosters” Version)
Champions are likewise not bound by their Nyroth oaths. The factions have been granted “kitchen sink” rosters, with 16 Champions each. These include the Shuriman allies each faction acquired during the Hextech Revolution.
Demacia
Noxus
Piltover
Zaun
Pharmakon II: Zaun has created a new breed of psi-mages through injections with Pharmakon II, a techmaturgic drug charged with Void energy. These psi-mages can use their powers to take a Champion out of action before a match, while making it appear to be an ordinary case of Summoning sickness. Roll a d6. On a 6, Zaun gains one real ban.
(Do we want to rework Pharmakon into something more interesting?)
Bans
Each faction starts with one ban per match.
Factions may protect two Champions per match, making them immune to bans.
Support from Other Factions
Each of the factions in the Nyroth dispute may support one faction in each pair (Demacia/Noxus and Piltover/Zaun). A faction’s support grants one ban in each match.
Victory
A 2–1 victory will be handled differently than a 3–0 victory.
Demacia versus Noxus Outcomes
Winning 3–0 grants that faction a permanent +10 to Military. Winning 2–1 grants a +7. Going 1–2 grants a +3.
Piltover versus Zaun Outcomes
As Demacia versus Noxus, but with Commerce instead.
