Part XI—Kin-Fire

Kin-Fire is the eleventh Factions arc. It was preceded by Insurrection. It began on 11 October, 27 CLE. The Freljord and the Shadow Isles are fighting for control of the Kin-Fire, which leads the souls of worthy Freljordians back from their trek through the afterlife to the mortal world. It became clear in late 27 CLE that the Shadow Isles took the Kin-Fire during the the Black Winter, whereupon the Freljord brought the matter before the League of Legends.

Both factions seek Champions and Summoners to fight for them on the Fields of Justice.

• The weekend Featured Matches for this arc will be a combination of arc matches related to Champion story progression and Melee matches between other factions.
• Arc begins October 11 (Wednesday).
• Arc ends Friday, November 17, at 11:59 PM Pacific. (That gives a sixth week of pickups and a concluding Factions Friday event.)
