The day has finally come! Factions has launched in another region.
Summoner Thedishonest is taking the lead on organizing Factions in EUNE. Matches played there will influence the Hextech Revolution storyline. To facilitate matches there, I’ve added a special rule for EUNE: on the EUNE server, teams may bring unlimited subs to a match, so long as nobody is playing against their own faction.

If anyone would like to start Factions on EUW, SEA, or another server, just let me know. I’ll do everything I can to help.
