A chat spambot known as MIB Agent A has besmirched the good name of the Men In Black in the Factions chat of late.
Unfortunately, we do not presently have any moderation powers over the chat. The best solution: right-click their name in the list of players and select “Block”.
Please consider “counter-spamming” every now and then with information on how to block spammers. You can also send in a Support ticket. I’ve sent one in, and checked with a Rioter directly; so far, it sounds like they don’t really have an easy solution yet, but if enough tickets go in naming this particular “player”, maybe we can wrangle a ban.
On the plus side, I’ve been told that a new improved chat system is coming soon.

If you do send in a support ticket, get a screenshot of the user and what they’re spamming. It helps Fraud Support identify what are actually scams and what should be done. After you’ve sent in the ticket, do block the person so they aren’t clogging up your chat log.
