Votes for Each Faction

These are rather draftish. I’m going to be passing them around among staff and revising them so that their finalized forms will be posted tomorrow (Monday). Apologies for errors; I wouldn’t normally want to post something that was partially complete, but I wanted to provide a basis for discussion, and solicit some feedback from the factions.

One significant change: the polls themselves will now be posted on each faction’s private subforum, on the new Factions forum site. We hope this will encourage more discussion and collaboration among members of each faction.
