With the conclusion of the arc approaching, I want to encourage people to play lots of matches today. With the end of the arc near, I have suspended scoreboard updating; I will not disclose how many matches are in the queue right now. This means that the true Balance of Power is uncertain: don’t avoid matches because you think you’re ahead, as you might actually be just slightly behind.
In other news, I’ll roll the resolution of the Battle of Shurima tonight. I wanted to do it a couple days ago, but other things got in the way.
Also, I’ll award the research breakthroughs from the EUW duel tournament, then do the real research rolls.
