Rolled 2d4+1 and got 7. Rolled for specific outcome and got a 6: Void Invasion.
A team of Piltovian engineers working on the Velocitronic Rail, frustrated with their lack of progress, disabled the secondary dampeners and overcharged the pyrikhosian engine. For a moment, it appeared to succeed. Their cheers were cut short when the train came around the closed test track laden with screeching Voidlings — the hextech locomotive had ripped apart the dimensional fabric and opened a portal to the Void!
Resolution pending.

Cupcake, I have a question about Danger rolls. If a faction has a danger level of 1, and they roll a 1, does that mean they failed their danger roll? At least one person is whining about Piltover’s failing on Reddit, so I thought I would ask.
“The dark sand is dangerous stuff. Each faction also has a “Danger Level”, which reflects the chance of a disaster: explosions, Void monsters, and so on. The higher the Danger Level, the greater the odds of catastrophe each week. Factions must roll above their Danger Level on a d20 to avoid disaster.”
So a faction that has DL 1 and rolls a 1 will fail.
