The Mushroom Wizard - Arc VII Banner Lines in the Sand

Here are the August 7 recruitment results.

Roster Banner - Noxus

7 August, 25 CLE—Hecarim, the Shadow of War, enters the dispute on behalf of Noxus. He rides at the fore of the Noxian Nightmare Cavalry, cutting down all in his path. “Their blood for Noxus—their souls for the Isles!”

As part of the partial early victory rules, Noxus has forged an alliance with the Shadow Isles for the duration of this dispute. It gained access to Kalista, Thresh, and Hecarim as recruitable Champions.

Roster Banner - Piltover

7 August, 25 CLE—Shyvana, the Half-Dragon, enters the dispute on behalf of Piltover. She serves as Prince Jarvan’s personal guard in Shurima, and together their presence has reinvigorated the untested Piltovian soldiery.

As part of the partial early victory rules, Piltover has forged an alliance with Demacia for the duration of this dispute. It gained access to Jarvan IV, Galio, and Shyvana as recruitable Champions.

Roster Banner - Shurima

7 August, 25 CLE—Rammus, the Armordillo, enters the dispute on behalf of Shurima. Many questions as to the reason for his involvement remain unanswered.

Piltovian military intelligence was the first to spot Rammus today.

Detailed voting results are available here:

The runners-up were Riven, Blitzcrank, and, for Shurima, a tie between Varus and Alistar.

Recruitment Rules

Recruitment opportunities occur about three times per month. Factions may recruit either a Secondary or a Tertiary, but if they recruit a Tertiary, it also consumes their next selection. Factions may not recruit two Tertiaries in a row, unless they have exhausted their Secondary options.
